After completing undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Scott pursued graduate education at George Mason University, laying the academic foundation for a career in financial advising. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Scott holds an array of credentials, including Series 63, 65, 7, and 9/10 licenses, as well as Accredited Asset Management Specialist® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations.
Known for a thoughtful and client-centered approach, Scott brings understanding and a steady hand to every financial conversation.
Outside of work, Scott is married with one son, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. His free time is often spent with his family, gardening, golfing, or enjoying a good book.

Thom Warren
Over the years, Thom has built a storied and dynamic career, beginning in 1992 after earning his bachelor’s in business administration from Virginia Intermont College. Before becoming a financial advisor in 2010, he spent years as a business owner and held various management roles that shaped his leadership style and client-first philosophy. He holds both the Preferred Portfolio Manager (PPM) certification and the Accredited Behavioral Financial Professional (ABFP) designation, bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to financial planning. Thom is proud to be part of a collaborative and respected team that values trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.
Outside of the office, Thom and his wife, Misty, enjoy life on their 20-acre homestead nestled in the foothills of West Virginia. Married for over 30 years, they’ve raised two adult children, Elijah and Kate, and share their land with goats, chickens, bees, and dogs. Thom finds joy in tending to the homestead, traveling, golfing, and attending live events, from sports and theater to stand-up comedy.

Megan Branch
Megan is a well-spring of knowledge, having accrued 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and attended college at the University of Charleston, West Virginia, the same town she grew up in.
Megan holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with life, health, and variable annuity certifications. She takes pride in being part of a relationship-focused practice where personalized guidance and long-term client partnerships are at the heart of every interaction. Her goal with every client is to help them feel a sense of clarity and confidence when approaching their financial journey.
Megan and her husband, Jeshua, were college sweethearts and have been married since 2009. They have four sweet and outgoing children in Frederick County schools, a beloved Australian Shepherd, “Auggie,” and darling ginger cat, “Simon.” Megan is a member of the Top of Virginia Chamber of Commerce, serves in her local church, and coaches youth recreational soccer. As a family, the Branches enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

Aleta K. Hoover
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Aleta has spent the majority of her career in the financial service industry, boasting 22 years of experience. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with life, health, and variable annuity certifications.
In 2023, Aleta earned dual associate degrees from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in business administration, continuing to elevate her professional journey.
Aleta has been happily married to her wife, Linda, for 22 years. Together, they’ve built a beautiful, blended family of three children and eight grandchildren. Their time outside of the office is filled with family game nights, camping, hiking, kayaking, skating, and bowling. They also share a deep commitment to giving back, regularly volunteering with local non-profits to support their community.

Originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York, Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree from Cairn University and completed postgraduate studies at Liberty University. With seven years of experience in financial services and a Series 7 license, she’s committed to supporting clients alongside a team that values collaboration and care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her spouse and children.

Arlene Braithwaite
Originally from Winchester, Virginia, Arlene attended Lord Fairfax Community College and has worked in financial services for 25 years. As a client associate, she values the strength and collaboration of the team she works with. Arlene strives to make the client experience seamless by being a key player and client advocate behind the scenes. Outside of work, her golden doodle is a central part of her life and constant companion. On days off, she enjoys spending time with family at Lake Frederick.
